What's a good place to go camping?

Me and my 2 best friends are thinking of going camping sometime. but we don't really know a good place to go camping as we never really go camping. i live in sydney. caitlyn lives in port macuarie and josh lives in goulburn. where would be a good place to go camping given to where we live? also this might not happen for a while so i might be bringing someone else (from sydney too) anywayz got any good ideas for a camping trip and where to camp? thanks for you help
