The old America's cup overflow yatch marina at Woodman Point. But really I haven't caught any decent fish since the 1970's anywhere in the metro area. My old favourite was under the Fremantle Traffic Bridge.

Your best bet would be Coogee Beach or Woodmans Point (Both Cockburn, I live there and it's a good spot) You have choices of fishing off the beach or off the jetty there.
