i'm looking for money changers in perth, WA, preferably closest place to winthrop. i want to change SGD (singapore dollars) to AUD.

For Winthrop, your best bet would be to go into Fremantle. There are two money changers that I can think of, one next to the Sail & Anchor and one next to the Tourist Bureau, or just go to any one of the large number of banks there.

you would need to go to a bank,some times some shopping centres have them but not a lot, try and exchange at the airport before leaving singapore or arriving perth airport
