Where Is a Good Camping Place Near perth?

looking for somewhere good, where you can have a fire, has some water nearby (inland camping not seaside) not too far outta perth not much more that 2 hours. NOT looking for a caravan park with a tent area. want to go real camping. thanks for any replies.

You could always do a section of the Bibblemum walking track, camping areas are staged at intervals and the trail starts only 22km East of the Perth City centre.

Dwellingup (Nanga Mills) is great. For a real camping experience they have long drop toilets and you have to bring your own drinking water although there is the river to wash in - been there lots of times, it's awesome. http://www.dec.wa.gov.au/campgrounds/index.php?option=com_jomres&Itemid=2&task=viewproperty&property_uid=74
