How to send fax from Australia(Melbourne) to Canada(Quebec)?

Im so hopeless send this fax through Post Office (i went to three PO and none of them can send this fax and in the same time i provide eight faxs number) One of the lady in PO wrote the code is 0015+101+area code+fax number but what i found in the internet is 001 or 1+area code+fax number. Please anyone help me to fax this matter for me... And thank you so much for your help in advance, serious answer will be appreciate.

  0015 is the dedicated international fax number. 01 designates America/Canada Then dial the area code (without the preceeding zero), then the fax number. In other words... dial 0015 1 (##) #### #### You can also use the 0011 international code to send a fax, but 0015 is a dedicated data transmission number while 0011 is for voice calls.
