I'm flying out to Adelaide on Thursday (one way ticket) as I have a sponsored visa - what insurance shd I get?

Holiday insurance is normally for a week or two (you need a start and end date), but as mine is just needed for a flight, I'm not quite sure what I should get, as I presume I will buy private medical insurance once I'm there - can anyone shed any light please?

Well insurance only covers your property.Luggage etc,once you arrive at destination,and retrieve baggage the policy is over.You may want to have personal injury type policy Today most reputable airlines are safe as houses
