Which is a good choice going to Ireland of get a dell laptop?

    Emergency medical care in Ireland is decent, they do have hospitals ...so why wouldn't anyone be able to assist you? Travel is always a good idea, and if you plan well, you should be fine regardless of health issues. Ireland is not exactly a rugged adventure type of place - you aren't headed off into the jungle or desert - you will be fine. Anyhow, don't waste money on a Dell. I would spring for a better laptop.
