Looking for some good camping sites..?

We are looking for some camping sites,not to far from Dublin (no more than an hours drive). And somewhere that is not geared towards family's.. Its for a group of 30 somethings.. Thanks..

This is a toughie, believe it or not. Most camping sites developed during the Tiger years in order to maximise profit. As a result they tend to be family orientated. An hour from Dublin presents the obvious security problem for the owners. If its a weekend of craic in tents you want I would buy the Ordinance Survey map of Co.Wicklow, find a nice secluded beach (there are a few) and pitch within walking distance of the sea. If the sea is not your thing, the same map will show all the public forests and off-road tracks in the county. pick one of them
