Do you need qualification to do a course to be a babysitter?

Can anyone recommend a good Irish refresher course?

• I left school with the Inter Cert (what is now the Junior cert) with the intention of going back to do the leaving cert a few years later. Instead I took evening classes in the North and got a vocational qualification (BTEC), which I was then able to use to get into University. So, I have had my degree for a long while, and now I want to teach primary school - but first I need to go back and do the leaving cert because I don't have the required leaving cert results in Gaeilge, English and Maths. The Maths won't be a problem, I've looked at the past papers and could do them now. English won't be too much of a problem, but I will need to stick in a little at the course, but I'm more than a little worried about the Irish. I got a fair result in the Inter Cert, but that was over 20 years ago and I've hardly spoken a word since I left school. I've forgotten far more than I know and can hardly string 2 words together now. I can't even understand the 5 year old Gaelscoil kids. Since I need to do the higher paper, I really need to catch up NOW, because else in September I'll just be lost. Can anyone recommend me a good course. I don't need one that has a paper qualification, but it needs to be good enough to get me back to the level where I can start the study for the higher paper on a level pegging with everyone else by August/September.
