Good places to Camp in Wales?

I would avoid the south west area of Wales, esp. Bridgend.

Lots of lovely places all over Wales but if you are camping do be careful. My son camped with his family I think it was round Canarvan (not sure how to spell it) and their tent was broken into while they were sleeping. They heard the thieves but were too late to do anything about it. It turned out that right down one side of the site tents had been robbed while people were sleeping. Camping is not as It used to be where everyone could leave the site and not have to worry.

http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/ try this link . it has all the uk sites . wales has some excellent places to stay .snowdonia is beautiful , well worth a visit but its quite a drive to the coast from where i stayed at bala , maybe an hour away. im not sure but its worth it for the scenery on the way. have a good time

Llandewi Breffi, so you can check out the only gay in the village!! Why not try Shell Island, it's near Aberystwyth- when the tide comes in you are completely cut off from the mainland. I went there when I was a kid and would love to go back one day. So if you fall out with your boyfriend........ LOL!!

Aberystwyth is a good place for a weekend break plenty to see and do. Good camp site is Aberystwyth Holiday Village www.aberystwythholidays.co.uk

SNOWDONIA National Park in north wales it's loverly quiet if you want alone time but the near towns are full of nightlife if that's what you want

st davids is very pretty and lots to do, i personally like brecon but not near the coast
