Answer:
How long is a piece of string? Taxes are quite high in the UK you can estimate that one third of your salary will go in income tax and National Health insurance. If you pay it you are covered by it, that is everything to do with health. Rent a furnished house in Newcastle of a decent standard could cost from £750 to £1000 a month. Water costs from £400 a year Electric and gas from £1000 a year Local Council tax from £1000 a year Phone from £11 a month Broadband connection £10 a month Food shopping about £400 a month (for two people) Eating out expect to pay £20 for a meal. Take away meals from £5 each. New car that is dependant on if you can get credit, you can buy a reasonable second hand one for under £2000. You can use your UAE driving license for a year. after that you must take a UK driving test. No, you can not change the company you work for. If your job finishes, you go home and get a fresh invitation from a new employer and a new work visa through that new employer. Your salary should be over £75,000 a year to accept the job in the UK. because you must have a rare skill (which would demand a high salary) for your company to be able to employ you here simply because you have to be able to do something no one in the UK or EEC can do. Otherwise your company will not be allowed to get the license to offer you a work visa.

that's quite a list but I'll have a bash at some of the questions ... 1. rental property ... here's some ads http://newcastle.gumtree.com/newcastle/property-rentals_1427_1.html 2. furnishing ... difficult to say because how much or little do you need ... have a look at the IKEA catalogue http://ikeaeu.ecweb.is/09/mgb/ ... this is a reasonably priced brand popular in the UK, you have to collect, take it home and assemble it yourself (unless you use their delivery service for an extra charge) ... for electrical stuff look at http://www.currys.co.uk/ 3. you can drive on an international licence for one year ... if you're planning on staying longer then within that year you should arrange to take your driving test and try and get a UK licence 5. a lot of jobs include medical insurance as part of the staff benefits so check that first 6. expenses depend so much on what standard of living you want to have (meals out, entertainment etc) but you could have a reasonable way of life for £20,000-£25,000 per annum for a single person, a bit more for a married person 9. this depends on whether you buy a new car (cost £10,000 plus) or a used car, and how long a period you want the finance for ... to start with you might be better off looking at lease/hire to give yourself a chance to look around (google it, there's lots of offers out there) 11. moving to another job is not so much about labour law as about your work visa ... you'd need to check with Immigration as to the terms of your visa
