What are the most romantic places in england for a three year anniversary?

    For me the most romantic place is Thornbury Castle in the Cotswolds Gloustershire. If you can afford it - wow! Actually it isn't bad price wise. A classic double room with full English breakfast and dinner is around GBP 310.00 for 2 nights. Check it out - it is breath taking. You will feel like a a princess in your castle. Fireplace in the room. Just brilliant.

Depends what you're looking for, I suppose. Places like York and Chester have nice architecture and good shopping. If you're thinking of something a little more country-ish, then The Lake District is pretty close by to you, and can be very nice if the weather holds up for you. If you want to do the 'city-break' thing, then London has lots to do, or if you're happy to go into Scotland, then Edinburgh is a great place to visit.

London is the best choice. The Thames with the London Eye on its left bank and Big Ben on the right bank creates an incredible background for any photo or love story.

I'd suggest Ludlow. It is beautiful www.ludlow.org.uk No nightlife though. Just beautiful architecture, pubs, restaurants and gorgeous countryside
