What would you eat for dinner?

What time do most ppl in the UK eat dinner (supper)?

  • I want to invite some British ppl to dinner but don't want to serve dinner too early. OTOH, I hope that I don't have to serve dinner at 9 pm. I know that some ppl on the continent can eat dinner as late as 8 or 9.

    Hey! Ok, You don't have to serve dinner that late (I have mine at 5-6pm- and I live in the UK). I would serve it no earlier than 5pm and I would serve it at the LATEST of 7:30pm, this is the times when me and my friends tend to eat.
