Obtaining a UK money order for payment to Japan?
-
I've been asked to obtain a money order to send payment for an item in Japan. I've never done it before and I've absolutely no clue about money orders, so do I go to my bank or a post office to get one? What information do I need to provide, etc.? Wiring the money is too costly so, apart from sending cash, this seems to be my only option. Any other information regarding sending money to Japan via this method would be appreciated.

Answer:
Ask the seller if he accepts UK Postal Orders. If not, find out what bank money orders they accept. If they tell you what they will accept there will be no dissapoint ment in rejected payment later. Good Luck :-)
