Saver return tickets?

I just tried to make a ferry booking, but the website automatically changed my return date will i get a refund?

  • i just tried to book a ferry from the 27th at 10am till the 3rd of august as were near the end of the month, next months first week was showing at the end of the calender (although the writing was in grey) i clicked on it, and the date did change to the 3rd, so thinking my information was all correct, i pressed next, chose my times and went ahead and booked the tickets now thinking it was all correct (seeing as though i saw the date change) i didnt double check before paying, but infact, just because i didnt forward to the next month it automatically changed my return date for the same day as the outward date! i went back just to make sure that was the problem, did all the same steps, and it did the exact same thing again. so i assume surley i should get a refund due to the fact it was a website default?! i'm going to be calling up straight away tomorrow, although you can cancle, because i did a saver ticket, if you cancle you have to pay 20 pounds in fees, i wont have to pay this will i for the fact it was a website mistake and not my own?
