How many radio stations are there in the UK?

Looking for streaming talkback radio stations in the UK?

Im looking for radio stations in the UK Bradford yorkshire where I came from over 40 years ago would be nice but anywhere in the UK really if you have stations that just do talkback and dont play music then thats what Im interested in to see what people in Britain are talking about

I use this site when I want to listen to radio from Britain, it is nation wide, so not likely to have regional stations: http://www.england.fm/ If you want a more regional station, enter the name of the main city, or the county, into google and add Radio. Or local radio.

I listen to a London based talk radio station. I don't think there are any specifically for the Bradford area. The BBC broadcasts shows in the area, but they ususally have a mix of music too.

BBC Radio 5 particularly on weekday mornings between 9am and 12 noon (London time) Talk Sport (Very dumbed down) LBC 97.3 24 hour phone in station. Presenters vary in quality, Best are Anthony Davis Sunday to Thursday 10pm-1am. Nick Abbot Friday & Saturday 10pm-1am Ken Livingstone Saturday 10am-1pm

You can listen to BBC radio online using iPlayer. Radio Five is speech, news and sport, Radio Four is plays, documentaries, lectures etc. You can also find local radio online.
