How far away is Butlins From Skegness Train Station?

Hasve you ever been to Butlins Skegness?

    no chance matey.....Butlins may be a 45 minute walk away but it is 7 to 10 minutes in car...drove past it day before yesterday ..besides i am sure Butlins run a bus to the site and it,s on the main drag to ingermels anyway

It`s not 45 mins away. More like 10. There is a bus that goes there regularly. Skeg`s a great place, especially if you`ve got kids.

I went many years ago and lost all my luggage on the train journey there. Then to top it off my proof of age id was with my luggage and none of the bars would serve me. So all in all a sober weekend in dirty clothes. Oh and I walked to the site which took a while. Hope you get a quote for a cab.

Sorry I can't help. I have been to Butlins at Skegness but travelled by car so didn't need a taxi.I don't think the camp is 45 minutes car drive away from the station. It's much nearer than that.Have you got the phone number of the camp in your paperwork? If so give the camp reception a ring and they might be able to tell you,or they could give you the phone No. of a local taxi firm who could quote you a price.

it's only 3 miles away from the station. there is a regular bus service available. go to... http://www.butlinsonline.co.uk/index.cfm?channel=2098 tells you about getting there by coach and train. Not been there for 21 years actually so i guess will have changed since 1986but I'm sure you'll have fun!!

I've been and we had a great time, not sure on the taxi fare but I think Butlins do some kind of Rail deal that is meant to get you to the camp.

its about 2:5 miles by road from the station to the resort,so you are going to be looking at about £5 unless it`s a black cab then add on a bit
