Everyone who is either American or British will be biased when answering the question, but i'll try to be as honest as possible. Freedom- I'd say the UK, the US citizens are watched more carefully than they think. More culture- Obviously the UK. It is thousands of years older than the US and has much more history. Nicer people- Draw. As with all countries, there are nasty people and there are nice people. More intelligence- The UK. American's are often very patriotic to the point of insanity. Chanting 'USA, USA, USA!' when Osama Bin Laden was killed is downright stupid. Overall- Well its's going to go to the UK. Don't get me wrong, I would LOVE to live in America, but not with the American's.

Before i get started, i'm just gonna say that i live in the US, have visited the UK multiple times, i think that the UK is better. 1.) More Freedom - It's debatable... 2.) UK for sure, America has some culture, but it's more defined in the UK.. 3.) I'm not sure, people from both places can be mean and nice.. there really is no answer to that.. 4.) UK, for sure, we have a bunch of idiots running our country over here! 5.) I think it's the U.K. as i've stated before...

The United States has many attractive cities full of culture,freedom,and fun. New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, just to name a few. England has what London? And that's it. I would love love love to live in London, for about a year, then I would want to come back to America. Sure if you include the whole of Europe w the package of living in England,then it makes the question quite a bit tougher, but between England and the USA, I dont think it is much of a competition USA wins by a lot.
