Is Cambridge a cheap city to live?

Hi guys! Can I ask you what's the cambridge like?

  With a big University which has many foreign students, and lots of private English language schools + a lot of foreign tourists, you will probably find nearly as many foreigners as Brits on the streets there. All that makes it quite an expensive place to live. But it is a very interesting pace, with lots to do. One funny thing - there is a small (shallow) river which runs alongside some of the streets, and the access to the buildings is across little bridges. Since you don't really expect there to be a river right next to the street, my old uncle reversed his car into it once. Very embarrassing for him.
