What's a good mobile phone plan for a study abroad student?

Whats more of a collage friendly city : Kent or Edinburgh?

  • I Plan on doing a foundation year in either University of Kent or University of Edinburgh and then plan to go on and study law . The University of Edinburgh has a better law program but the Kent is apparently a very student friendly city . And i care alot about my social activities . I care for categories such as outings, expenses, transportation, weather , parties , concerts , weed even?

Oh dear! You need to do some research - the University of Kent has three campuses in England (Canterbury, Medway, and Tonbridge) plus Brussels (Belgium), and Paris (France). Kent is not a city, it's a county. "Collage" is something entirely different to "college".

And the Scots have their very own legal system so if you being there, you would have to continue there. And here its called University. The clue is in the name.
