There are no jobs in Portsmouth, there are hardly any jobs left in the UK. The tory government wants people to lose their jobs so they have to claim benefits and be forced onto the degrading tory "work program" to scrub out toilets etc, in the hope that they quit claiming benefits and become homeless. With no home they will not be on the electoral register and unable to vote. In 2015 the tories win the general election and each election there after. Thats the plan.
