Which university is best in Wales, UK?

What do you think my chances of getting into the UK and becoming a citizen are as a 15 year old Canadian?

• I'm discussing this with immigration officials soon and I've made plans, but I'm worried that I won't get in. My parents have both died and I've decided that it's in my best interest to move to England for the next few years of my life. So, going for me I have; Good grades in IB classes that I can get credit for in the UK. An inherited net worth of over $1.5CAD million. Family in England and Scotland (two great uncles and my biological grandparents). Both my parents were born and raised in Wales and I am only first generation Canadian. Going against me I have; Less than 2 years of work experience as a server in a restaurant. 3 years of publicly funded education ahead of me (plus university which is heavily subsidized in the UK). So, do you think I have a chance of qualifying as a family class immigrant? Are there any other categories I fit into? Thank you so much for the answers. The anxiety is killing me.
