Where would be a good location in Portsmouth, UK to host a charity music event?

bear in mind i am doing this out of my own pocket and i am 16 (which means i have about £50 MAXIMUM) where would be a good place that people would be able to get to easily and which would not cost much but also be a good place for a music event?
