Is there a direct train from Manchester to Doncaster?

Train Ticket Help! Manchester?

  • I am getting the train into Manchester Today from Birchwood Train Station. I will have a ticket saying Manchester (All Stations) to Birchwood. I have to get the train from Birchwood to Manchester Oxford Road and them from Manchester Oxford Road to Manchester Piccadilly. The question I am asking is does my ticket allow me to get the train from manchester piccadilly to manchester oxford road, as well as getting me from birchwood to manchester oxford road. Or will i need to buy another ticket??

You can use your ticket to all stations, that includes Manchester Piccadilly and Oxford Road. The distance between these 2 stations is 1/4 of a mile along the track. You can easily walk in 5 mins from Oxford Road to Piccadilly. Not along the track of course!. They are very close together though.

If you buy a ticketfrom Birchwood to Manch Piccadilly there is no need to buy extra tickets, you can use the one u ve got. Just show them ( or it ) to the ticket inspector when he asks !!!
