Nice areas to live in Cheshire/Manchester border?
-
Hey looking for a nice place to live as a young single woman on the manchester/cheshire border. I wanna live near manchester because of work, lifestyle and i always like the north west. Originally from south east england near london. A bit bored want something new. I've seen on here the further out you are from manchester the better, fine. What areas would you suggest? I like the sound of sale , didsbury is a bit out of my price range. i wanna be able to get into manchester easily possibly on the tram. I like manchester because i've heard it is culturally mixed. I am mixed black and white. What area would you suggest, i need: somewhere near a maternity hospital in particular or at least 1 hour tops away, shops, ( or at least near the trafford centre good transport, ( Rail, tram, airport, M62 for Liverpool and sheffield i have family there) get to manchester easily, mixed racially and is safe enough for a young 20 something woman. A lot to ask for, maybe but please help, I am going to visit soon anyway but wanna know what you think of the area you suggested. Please don't give me silly answers. Thanks for your answers appreciated greatly.

Answer:
Cheshire - Altrincham, Warrington, Trafford Area of Manchester such as STretford, , stockport is nice Manchester, Old Trafford becareful their and moss side and longsight, you want to try and be on the outskirts but far away enough from trouble blackspots. That's not necessarily true when you said the further out you get the better, as your ''deliberately driving'' people out of a place when in actual fact the closer you get to the centre of Manchester the better, pretty much every area of Manchester is the place to buy, rich pickings every business person, lawyers and etc want to live outside Manchester city centre, so maybe you should think hmm maybe I might myself before the house prices and the suburb/area price goes too high. Suburbs/area to live which are rich, posh, leafy and safe places to live are... Didsbury, Whalley Range, Fallowfield, Abbey Hey, Prestwich, Collyhurst, Stretford and Crumpsall. To be near the city centre try Rusholme, Castlefield, Hulme, Old Trafford, I CAN actually confirm to you they're actually very nice, safe areas and they're area's where people are desperately trying to get so get your pickings quickly. go live there!!
