How safe is it for me to purchase from a UK website?

Is there a website that allows you to purchase through tickets to Metrolink Stations in the UK.?

    You can only buy through tickets to Metrolink stations outside the Central Zone from railway stations inside Greater Manchester. If you're travelling from outside Manchester you'll have to buy your ticket from the ticket machines on the Metrolink platforms, but these are pretty straightforward to use and most will take coins, notes, and credit and debit cards.

Unfortunately there isn't a website that lets you do this. However, If you buy any single, return or season ticket for a journey from a train station in Greater Manchester to one of the following Manchester city centre train stations: Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Victoria, Manchester Deansgate, Manchester Oxford Road, you can use Metrolink tram services within the City Zone which includes all the Metrolink stops between Piccadilly, Victoria and G-Mex for free. If you're travelling from outside of Greater Manchester you'll have to buy your Metrolink ticket at one of the stations. The ticket machines have just been upgraded so it's a lot easier now (they accept caredit/debit cards) - http://www.metrolink.co.uk/tickets/ If you need to get around the city centre, you can do so for free by using one of the free Metroshuttles - http://www.gmpte.com/buses/metroshuttle.cfm
