How do you get to the MEN arena from the train station?

I am going to a concert at the MEN arena and am travelling into manchester victoria by train. Can anyone tell me exactly how to get to the MEN from here and how long its likely to take. Thanks in advance

Answer:
Like the folks say, the Arena is built above the train tracks of Victoria Station. In fact, if you alight at platforms 4-6, you have to climb stairs to leave the platform. There, instead of turning right to go into the station, you would turn left and go right into the Arena. It takes no time at all. There are other entrances and plenty of signs, just follow the crowds on the night and enjoy the show!
