  You forgot- 2) Fall asleep because of the the lost 5 hours time difference. 3) the hour or so it can take you to get from Heathrow into the centre of London! ( and back again, 3 hours before your flight is due to take off!) 4) the cost of getting flights. I suppose it could be done: my question is WHY? Is this an endurance test, or are you raising money for Charity. Yes you can do London in a week-end, but you will be tired. I'm really sorry I don't know how much it will be- so I really apologise.
