London- what cool, fun and good jobs that are well paid can i find in london?

  • hi i'm a aussie heading to london to work for a year and am looking for idea's and inpiration for cool jobs i could sink my teeth into over there. I have a uk passport so i'm not restricted but don't have a degree. idea's so far are the first aid guy on film and tv set, working at the london dungeon as an actor, to construction or a postie. Thanks alot for your idea's, can't wait!

You should definitely check out Gumtree. It was originally designed to help Aussies and Kiwis coming to London to find flats and jobs etc, but now everyone uses it! http://www.gumtree.com/ You might consider working in a gym or as a lifeguard; bar work; promotions work (handing out flyers for comedy clubs / nightclubs; delivery (if you can drive a car or scooter); etc. Try looking in the part time jobs section - there are a lot of interesting ways to make some cash. http://www.gumtree.com/london/part-time-jobs_1176_1.html Have a great time in London :)
