Does anyone know of some good london charity shop/second hand stores? :)?

I'll be visiting London, and plan on doing some serious shopping! However, as my budget is not limitless, I will be seeking out some charity shops to hunt for steals. I am really looking for designer castoffs and nice clothing that is relatively current. It would be much appreciated if I could get some store locations/names. Thanks! P.S. I'll be staying in marble arch, so anything close is a bonus.

Go for the oxfams etc that are in the posh area. There is an oxfam off the Kings Road that presumably get a lot of donations from those in the area, which is posh. I also think there is one in South Kensington.

The Time Out website has a list of the best charity shops. Depending on when you come, the sales are on at the moment, so it might be worth seeking out the designer brands you like and visit their shops to see if they have a sale.
