Strange that I know this, but apparently there are some hotels that if you contact them by phone will allow you to rent the room for the day only. Special rates as long as you dont stay the night, and are out by a certain time. Okay so they'd know what your doing, but they don't really care. If your too embarrassed to go with this option try the Etap Hotel over in Barking - £30 a night, simple room, double bed, shower, toilet.

you can have sex in any hotel you like throughout the city, as long as the door is locked, the hotel staff won't look lol

As long as you have a credit or debit card, pretty much any hotel will allow you to do this. Usually check in is around 2 or 3 in the afternoon but then whether you stay or not is completely up to you. You simply drop the card into the express check out box on your way out.
