Step 1:Create wifi hotspot

To create a Wi-Fi hotspot, you should have a wireless card installed on your laptop. Begin with turning on Wi-Fi on your PC or Laptop. You can find a dedicated Wi-Fi button in your laptop or click on Notification Center in Windows 10 and turn on Wi-Fi.

Next, open elevated command prompt (command prompt as administrator).

Open command prompt using Run – Press Windows Key + R and type in cmd in the Run dialogue box and hit enter.

Open Command prompt from Start – Right click on Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin). This should open the command prompt in administrative mode. Or press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).

In the command prompt Window, type the following command:

[code]netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=MyWi-Fi key=yourpassword
[/code]In the above command “MyWi-Fi” is your Wi-Fi hotspot name and “yourpassword” will be your password. Change it according to your need.

Press enter to create the hosted network. If the hosted network is created successfully, you should see a success message.

Step 2: Start the Wi-Fi Hotspot

Now you need to start the hosted network, to do this type the following command:

[/code]This will start the hosted network in your PC and a connection named as MyWi-Fi (or whatever you named it) will appear in Network Connection list.

Next step is to share the existing internet connection with newly created Wi-Fi hotspot.

Go to Control Panel, Network and Internet and open Network Connection. Or copy and paste this “Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections” in Windows Explorer.

Right-click on your existing internet connection and select Properties. In my case, it was Mobile Broadband Connection 3.

From the properties window, click on Sharing tab.

Now check “Allows other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection.”

Click on “Select a Private Network” and select the newly created Wi-Fi connection from the drop down list.

Click on the OK button to save the settings and close the properties window.

Now if you go to Network and Sharing Center in Control Panel, you will see your newly created Wi-Fi connection listed in active networks section.

That’s it! Take out your phone, tablet and laptop and start using the Wi-Fi. You can stop Wi-Fi connection either by disabling Wi-Fi (Turning OFF Wi-Fi) or by typing “netsh wlan stop hostednetwork” command in command prompt.

Whenever you want to start the Wi-Fi network, open the command prompt as Administrator and type in “netsh wlan start hostednetwork” command.

Smart solution :

If you don’t want to enter the ” netsh wlan start hostednetwork” command each time to start the WiFi hotspot, you can create a batch file (.bat) to execute this command with a single click. I have already created a batch (.bat) file to start the WiFi hotspot, and you can download it from here [ https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3A0NMa-4o8SVVQtZUFvQ2M4cEU ].

Place the downloaded batch file in your desktop. Double clicking on the batch file will start your WiFi Hotspot. When you double click on it, a command prompt window will appear notifying you that the WiFi hotspot has been started. You can press any key to close the window.

This usually has to do with 2 systems not being able to communicate. One way of testing connectivity is to Ping the destination Computer IP address. If connectable, you should get a response and how long it took. Sometimes, the system you are trying to connect to (like a server) is down for maintenance or is overwhelmed by other activities forcing a time out.

Try some other application requiring connection applicable to the same destination. If this is where you read your email, try browsing the server and see if you get service.

If it worked before, wait some time and try it again.

 * KeepAliveTimeout - The number of seconds the Server will wait for a subsequent request before closing the connection. Once a request has been received, the timeout value specified by the Timeout directive applies. Setting KeepAliveTimeout to a high value may cause performance problems in heavily loaded servers. The higher the timeout, the more server processes will be kept occupied waiting on connections with idle clients. A TCP keep-alive packet is simply an ACK with the sequence number set to one less than the current sequence number for the connection. If a certain number of keepalives are sent and no response (ACK) is recieved then the sending host will terminate the connection from its end. If a connection has been terminated due to a TCP Keepalive time-out and the other host eventually sends a packet for the old connection, the host that terminated the connection will send a packet with the RST flag set to signal the other host that the old connection is no longer active. This will force the other host to terminate its end of the connection so a new connection can be established.

Are you sure you only need five? It can take more than 5 seconds for a sleeping iOS device to power up and connect to wifi, and it can take much, much longer for one that's fallen back to a high-latency EDGE connection to get through at all.

Are you using the synchronous connection methods? You're much better using async, letting your app proceed and then handling the callbacks when they come in. It'll stop your interface freezing up for unspecified amounts of time, too.

The primary purpose of a timeout is to deescalate a situation and remove the child from stimuli producing the unwanted behavior. It is, hopefully, a time for the child to reflect on the situation and his response to it. I have found it helpful to give the child something think about while they are isolated. Perhaps something like, “After your time out I would like you to tell me a better way your could have gotten to use Tommy’s markers.” After the appropriate time, ask the question again and, hopefully, the child will have given it some thought and created an alternative behavior. Nothing is foolproof, but it worked for me.
