SteveNo. In Wizards vs. Werewolves, that was Juliet's last appearance. Juliet is scratched my Alex's werewolf boyfriend, Mason. If a vampire is scratched by a werewolf it loses its vampire powers. So, Juliet became her real age (2,193 years old) and said it was not right for Justin to be in love with an old woman.
How ever since Disney has a policy Fairy tail of Happy Endings and in 50 year history the company has never produced a True love sad ending. So it's a safe bet the power of true love will restore Juliet some point in the future and return her in some form. (this is not an opinion that really is Disney Company Policy in there bylaws True Love conquers all ending. Not a joke company Policy.) And being tuned into a old woman to wonder alone and die in the woods is a classic fairy tail that dose have a happy ending.
Probably in there season finally as it would have to be shot ahead time(happy True Love conquers all ending .I,E. A Disney True love Ending) in the event that the actress was unavailable or they never shown the sad ending in the first place unless the happy ending was shot ahead of time. The Policy allows for sad True Love to be defeated but not to be shown as or portrayed as a Disney production in anyway. Wizards of Waverly Place is portrayed as Disney so Juliet will return.

You will see a list of major reccuring characters and then you will find Bridgit Mendler's name highlited. Now some of you may believe that she was under the reccuring list for 1 episode which was titled "Moving On," in season 3, but she might even appear in the sequel movie! Disney is trying everything they can to get her back because Wizards Of Waverly Place is a childrens program, and after Wizards vs. Werewolves, it was too sad for children to see even though they had to get rid of her. Selena Gomez even said herself in an interview that they're not done with her yet! Anyway I hope that's enough proof! Remember, this is NOT a guarantee, it's just most likely!
I'm really not sure because the way the fourth season is going, it doesn't seem like it. But I did see something a while back saying that she WILL return. The plot was along the lines of Justin and his siblings finding Juliet stuck in an entire other universe and they go to save her.
This may or may not be a real episode, but I like to think that it will be because I absolutely LOVED Juliet.
