Finally managed to get a job training as a nursery nurse - v low paid and overworked but i want to work with kids in future . i've managed to get an interview at nursing home which is definatly going to be higher wages. should i go for the interview?

it sounds like you should get a job where they will pay for your education to become a pediatric nurse. the short term loss of a lower pay will be rewarded with doing what you want eventualy and making a good salary in the future.
