What happened to my Favorites?

now located on the right side of my page which is very awkward. And if you do get the favorites to move back where they belong you can't keep them there. This update really isn't working for me, what am I to do?

I had my favorites tab and my Bookmarks tab, since I have upgraded to IE 10 I no longer have the favorites tab, and have lost all the links to those websites. How do I get the favorites tab back?
