Question: Is This True about facebook blocking?

If somebody that is not friends with you on Facebook blocks you on Facebook, does this mean that those that are friends with you on Facebook that are not friends with that person who blocked you is blocked from that person as well?

figure out i have blocked them? Before you answer the second question i know they can type my name and not get a result.

I have been blocked for adding people for about 4 times and now its like my fifth time. Facebook blocked me from adding people for a month. If I continue to add too many people after this ban has been lifted what would facebook do this time?
