Is there any way to send music from YouTube to your email?

I need step-by-step directions, to download music or videos from YouTube to save them on Windows XP, so they can be played or sent by email, at a later time.

i have a floder in my music documents and i want to get it onto another computer and it would take to long to send song by song

Okay, so I've sent my cousin some music through email, and msn has a cap on how much data you can use/send in an email so I get like one or two songs per email and they take like three years to upload. Is there a better and/or faster way to do this?...
