How to retreive e-mail?

I basically just hit the wrong button. But I need to keep getting this email on a weekly basis. I also need to retreive this email if I can.

How can I retreive (delete from receiver's mail box) email I have sent through Yahoo? Also How do I getinto Yahoo Chat?

How do I retreive a word document that I made changes to from my yahoo email as an attachment? I opened the yahoo attachment, made my changes and saved it, closed it and when I reopened it, the changes were not there.

but not at your email sign in, and someone has changed your information. I sign in as a guest user with that email address, but will not accept the address or password. What is going on? I don't have that problem with yahoo.

the answer to this question is very urgent, as there are details of a friends funeral on this email address, but we cannot contact the sender to ask them to forward this to the new email address

i have an old freeserve email account that is still linked to a current pay pal account. How do i access this account? it used to be an old dial up one, i havent accessed it for maybe 7 years, but paypal sends it emails!
