How to get yahoo bookmarks?

When I click on my bookmarks,only the save this page,go to bookmarks and tools drop down.I always had my bookmarks drop down in the past.I clicked on refresh bookmarks and then it worked.I came back later to bookmarks and then they wouldn't dropdown...

When i go to add contents and search for Yahoo! bookmarks, i get Rss feeds for various Y! properties. but i dont get yahoo! bookmarks :(
