How to get rid of visual voicemail?

My phone has an annoying icon on the top of the screen and I can't get rid of it, I can't get rid of it because I can't listen to the voicemail because I have no credit left so if there any way to get rid of the voicemail and the icon.

Can someone please else me. My ex boyfriend is leaving really terrible voicemails on my phone. And I really dont want to listen to them. I blocked all his numbers So im ok on that but When he calls me he can still leave a voicemail and I dont want that...

On my moms phone she has a voicemail from someone, but we didnt really set up voicemail and we cant get rid of it, she wants to delete it because its annoying her on the home screen. And her phone is a Samsung Haven so its kinda of confusing. please...

We DO NOT have voicemail service from Verizon but our vtec CS2111-11 cordless phone says we have voicemail. Also, when telemarketers call, the phone rings once and stop but all other calls come true. It's as if the phone or Verizon is acting as a spam...

when i had a guest at my house they must have set up voicemail for my landline and i dont need it! i already have an answering machine and like that alot better....is there any way to delete the voicemail? i hope they didnt make a password?

i have a droid 2 with verizon. i recorded my message as "this is chad leave a message" after that the voice message lady is like at the tone please record your message if you'd like to.... it goes on for like 10 seconds of her just giving directions...
