How to find country by yahoo email address?

so if you have an email address something something @yahoo.com how can you find out were it came from. I mean like what state what country what city.

I have my friends page in yahoo 360 and their ID in Yahoo Messenger but they are in a forein country and I want to find out their email address.

How do you find someone's email address if you only have their full name but don't know what provider they are with (ie. Yahoo or Hotmail, etc)? Especially if they are in another country?
