How do you put pictures on your email page?

Okay I use Yahoo! email, and my work email which is MicrosoftOutlook 2003 premium. Idk If the HTML format is blocked because of the fact that it is a business email..but I can not find any mail options that say anything about switching from TEXT format...

I've tried to put pictures from my cell phone on my blog page by trying to copy and paste from email and/or trying to upload/download them directly onto the page from the computer. I don't want to do anything, to where I can't save them, if need be,...

My friends sent me several pictures to my email. but I want to no is it possible for me to put them on my 360 page and if so. how?

They are jpeg and I have tried copying and pasting, the pictures and the letter attachments in my pictures but nothing works. Or can I burn them to a disc from the email. They are family pictures. Thanks for your help.

I did attach the web page and the pictures as separate attachments, but the web page when received does not have the pictures as the original has. There are just the empty spaces where the pictures suppose to be. How to do it right?

However, when I put the pictures on and go to view them they are not viewable until I deal with a box which says 'EXTRACT ALL FILES'. Can I avoid that box and be able to view the pictures immediately? Thank you very much.
