How do I program my second viper 1-way remote starter #5601?

I changed the battery and now I can't get the remote to program.

I bought a car that had a Viper 350HV installed. Until a week ago, the doors would automatically lock when I armed the alarm system or after I started the engine. The disarm and the ignition kill (turn off the car) both still unlock the doors though...
