Me and my friends will be in LA for 4th of July, and we are looking for a fun beach fireworks show. Something where there will be twenty-somethings and just a good vibe.

I am looking for small fireworks like sparklers, spinners, and small fountains. I am not looking for fireworks that shoot high into the air. I live in Los Angeles County but am close to Ventura County as well. Am willing to travel a bit.
