Can you be a waitress at Friendly's at 16?

Okay well I have a job right now at dunkin, granted they are giving me hours but the friendlys is hiring and I have a second interview tomorrow. I'm really looking to get serving experience and this seems like one of the only places that is hiring inexperienced...

which restuarants will hire me?? I heard denny's / ihop/ waffle houses will but I want to work somewhere with more business so I can get more tips Since I'm 16, I can't waitress in restaurants that serve alcohol does anyone know if island's or ruby's...
