Can't verify MSN account?

but i cant get it to work because msn.com wont let me make my msn so i cant use it and ive tried to make several accounts but with the same results

I don't have a Microsoft account, i just made a Msn account, and i cant even use it

So I can't talk to my friends form AIM and MSN on one account? So I have to have both MSN and AIM? That sounds like a lot of work...? I am confused. Please help me.

On my MSN i created it says to use it i have to verify my account by sending an email to my in box, when i try to get to my in box it says i can't go there until i have had it verified. Does anyone know a way round this.

I been wanting to log in my account and i cant, it says that the account doesnt exist why if i wrote it exactly how i have in my note book that i keep at home and the only reason is because thats the only way i talk to my dad...does any one know why...
